One of the best features of office 2013 is the embedded feature in the word. One can import the PDF into word very easily. 1st step would be to edit as word document and save it as pdf. It includes formatting, editing, header footer; anything could be imported to pdf or word Doc file. Now you can also embed a PDF file in the word document. This is how the life has been made easy by this feature.
Now you can also bring the online resources in the documents. You can also link your SkyDrive accounts to the Flickr accounts and you can scroll to the online photo collaboration and embed images through direct source in the document and still not leaving the word.
To embed a screenshot from applications to your computer is also easy. Click inserts button screenshot and a thumbnail window appears on the desktop. Now click on the image to make it appear where you want the cursor to move it. While embedding an image or a video in documents, you will have to graph the object and move it along the document and see as the written text reflows around the document itself. You won’t have to do anything. It will be all automated.
Collaborating features of word 2013
While collaborating with other persons on documents, you will be able to spot the change that each individual makes is critique. This is very easier to attempt in word 2013 due to the feature simple markup view. There would be a red line to the left margin which indicates the changes which had been created on the document. A balloon word at the right margin shows the availability of a comment in the document. Click on the vertical red line or the balloon to show those things.
Just like new word 2013, there have been made many new features of excel as well. Excel is very useful for office and clerical work. It is also useful to keep record of certain things which we do not want to forget. So it should be introduced with new features and yes there are new features of excel as well. Microsoft has added many data analyzing tools and tips. One of which is called flash fill. Flash fill can notice pattern of your data and predict what you need or want to do next about it. It also offers to fill in the next predicted data for you if it is correct and if you agree to do so.
